2. Client may not copy, scan, duplicate, distribute, sell or re-sell, whether in hard-copy, digital or other format, all or any part of the Publication. The online version of the Publication can only be viewed internally by authorized Client user(s). Client will ensure that the user id is used only by the named subscriber.
3. Thomson Reuters accepts no liability in contract, negligence or otherwise for (i) any delay in delivery of the Publication; (ii) any error or omission in the information comprised in the Publication; or (ii) any reliance on that information.
